Editorial desk
Wellbeing
Quiet, evidence-led coverage of sleep, light, rest, and home health.
We cover the objects that shape sleep, posture, daily recovery, and the small home-health devices — air-quality monitors, blood-pressure cuffs, daily-living aids — that sit between consumer electronics and clinical equipment. Every recommendation is reviewed by a clinician before publication: Dr. Helena Okafor signs off on the sleep and posture work; Dr. Niamh Quinn signs off on anything touching a clinical claim.
Editorial perspective
We will not recommend a product on the basis of a single study, a celebrity endorsement, or a 'clinically tested' claim that doesn't survive scrutiny. We will not call something 'clinically proven' on the strength of a vendor's white paper. Scepticism here is non-negotiable.
